The Food Safety Authority has announced a recall of a batch of Nestle Polish baby food due to increased levels of cadmium. The product is the Nestle Kaszka Ryzowa Jablko (infant rice with apple) pack size 180g. The batch codes are 03.2012.106103352. The best before date is 01/03/2012.
The recall has been announced due to elevated levels of the heavy metal cadmium. Polish Groceries Galicha Ltd. is providing point-of-sale notices for display in retail shops that they supplied. No other products or batches are known to be affected by this recall.
