Liam Moloney
Managing Partner
I am the Managing Partner of Moloney & Company Solicitors and a Personal Injury Law specialist. I have more than twenty years’ experience representing clients injured in traffic accidents, work accidents, travel related claims and injuries caused by medical negligence. I have also acted against airlines, tour operators and in cross border injury cases. I am an experienced Litigator and consider myself an adaptable and approachable individual.
I am currently a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Governor for Ireland and the United Kingdom of the American Association for Justice, a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (D.S.B.A.), I am the current Chairman of the International Practice Section of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and a Board Member of the Pan European Organisation for Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL). Through these associations I am able to provide clients with immediate access to a vast array of specialist personal injury legal knowledge and expertise throughout the world.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and have been awarded the Law Society of Ireland Diplomas in Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Data Protection. I have made regular appearances on Irish TV and Radio commenting on Legal issues and have had many articles published on Personal Injury topics.

Aisling Wyer
Solicitor
Aisling Wyer is a qualified solicitor and has experience acting in both plaintiff and defence litigation.
She joined the team at Moloney & Company in 2021.
She represents clients on a broad range of matters such as accidents at work, road traffic accidents, garda compensation claims, personal injuries, medical negligence, conveyancing and family law.
Aisling graduated with an honours Bachelor Degree in Business and Law in University College Dublin before qualifying as a solicitor and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
Prior to joining Moloney & Company, Aisling worked and trained with two law firms where she gained extensive experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Family Law and Personal Insolvency.
